Production Manager
Necati Ağaç was born on October 5, 1980, in Refahiye, Erzincan. He completed his primary education at Gülensu Primary School in Istanbul.
He began his professional career in 1992, working as an apprentice and journeyman in the field of woodworking and decoration. In 1995, he joined a company involved in international projects.
In the following years, he worked as a master craftsman in various woodworking and production companies. Starting from 2002, he held long-term positions where he took on roles such as team supervisor, production supervisor, production manager, and factory manager.
Alongside his professional career, he continued his education and completed his secondary school, high school, and university studies, and also participated in various vocational training and certification programs.
Since 2021, he has been continuing his career at MSM.
