The People Behind the Vision

Banu Oskay was born in Istanbul. She completed her undergraduate studies in Furniture at Abant İzzet Baysal University and further strengthened her academic expertise with a master’s degree in her field.

She began her professional career at one of the leading yacht manufacturing companies in the industry, specializing in the production of furniture for sailing and motor yachts. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience aligned with the high-quality standards of the maritime sector, including CNC and smart manufacturing technologies.

Oskay currently continues her career at MSM Yachting as Customer & Shipyard Relations and Project Coordination Manager. Banu Oskay is married and has one child.

İpek Dağarcıkoğlu, a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Interior Architecture, is an experienced professional who has successfully managed yacht interior furniture projects from design to completion.

Through her technical expertise in the industry, she has developed deep knowledge in technical precision and the on-site feasibility of CNC technologies, 3D modeling, and next-generation material applications.

Currently serving as a Project Manager at MSM Yacht, Dağarcıkoğlu maintains a meticulous balance between aesthetics and technical accuracy in her projects. By ensuring that all processes are completed with modern production techniques and to the highest quality standards, she prioritizes operational excellence in her management approach.

Melek Cambaz is a highly skilled Project Manager who graduated from Maltepe University with a degree in Ship and Yacht Design. Since 2016, she has been effectively managing yacht projects from the initial design phase through to final production.

Having gained extensive experience at prominent shipyards within the industry, she has developed a strong expertise in ensuring that project drawings and production details are both accurate and feasible.

Currently serving as a Project Manager at MSM Yacht, Cambaz prioritizes a balance between speed and control. She ensures that all processes are executed in a planned, efficient manner, consistently meeting the highest quality standards.

Akif Nafi Işık graduated from the Industrial Product Design Department of Doğuş University in 2018. He has taken an active role in project, assembly, and production processes within the yachting industry, and with more than ten years of experience, he has developed strong expertise in product design and manufacturing.

Thanks to his extensive industry background, he adds value to product development processes through his command of technical details and in-depth knowledge. By building a strong bridge between design and production, he delivers practical, high-quality, and well-executed solutions.

He currently continues his work at MSM Yacht, where he is involved in pre-production, furniture manufacturing, and product design. With his technical competence and production-oriented approach, he stands out for his ability to turn every design into a feasible and applicable product.
