In 2000, Sadık Makal embarked on his production journey in a modest 3 m² workshop. During this time, the essence of handcrafted production, a disciplined approach to work, and an inherent sensitivity to design began to emerge and flourish.
Starting with training in furniture and decoration, the path towards technical expertise expanded into an academic pursuit through a dual major and degree in Visual Arts and Interior Architecture.

Since entering the marine sector in 2015, the company has accumulated extensive expertise in precision manufacturing, high-quality materials management, and project-based operations management.
This process laid the foundation for the company to build production infrastructure that meets global yacht industry quality standards.
Strengthening the Management Structure
• 2020 – Management expanded with the addition of Sercan Makal
• 2021 – Strategic decision-making and operational management structure was strengthened with the inclusion of Nebi Özkul
This structure formed the basis of a sustainable growth and scalable organizational model.
Corporation and Scalability (2018 – 2024)
MSM Yacht Interiors was founded in 2018.
Growth Journey:
• 2018 – 1,200 m² production area (Tuzla Tepeören)
• 2019 – 2,500 m² production facility (Gebze Çayırova)
• After 2020 – Expansion to 3,200 m² capacity
During this period:
• Operational processes were systematized

The company evolved from a boutique production model to an integrated production facility.
2025 – Industrial Production Base and New Phase
In 2025, a transition was made to an integrated production facility with 8,500 m² of covered area in Altınova.
