Sadık Makal’s production journey began in 2000 in a modest 3 m² workshop. During this period, handcrafted production, disciplined work, and a strong sensitivity to design began to take shape.

The technical expertise that began with furniture and decoration was strengthened through an academic foundation in Visual Arts and Interior Architecture. This process formed the basis of MSM Yacht Interiors’ design-focused, production-disciplined, and quality-driven structure today.
Specialization in the Yacht Industry
The process that began with the company’s entry into the marine sector in 2015 had, by 2018, evolved through precision manufacturing, premium materials management, and project-based operational capability.
This period became an important stage in the development of MSM Yacht Interiors’ production infrastructure aligned with the quality expectations of the global yacht industry.
Expansion of the Management Structure
With the addition of Sercan Makal to the management team, MSM Yacht Interiors began to strengthen its organizational structure. This process brought a more systematic management approach to the company’s growth objectives.
Strengthening the Strategic and Operational Structure
With the inclusion of Nebi Özkul, the company’s strategic decision-making processes and operational management structure were further strengthened. This structure formed the basis of a sustainable growth and scalable organizational model.
Institutionalization and Scalable Growth
Founded in 2018 with a 1,200 m² production area, MSM Yacht Interiors moved to a 2,500 m² facility in Gebze Çayırova in 2019 and later reached a production capacity of 3,200 m².
Throughout this growth process, operational systems, project management, and quality control structures were strengthened. The company evolved into a more corporate, scalable, and integrated yacht furniture production model.
Industrial Production Base and a New Phase
In 2025, MSM Yacht Interiors moved to an integrated production facility with 8,500 m² of covered area in Altınova.
The new production infrastructure was strengthened with a metal workshop, marble & Corian production department, upholstery atelier, high-tech CNC and machinery park, industrial polishing lines, and AI-supported digital design processes.
With an average team of 120 experts, a project-based flexible production model, and high-precision yacht interior manufacturing capability, MSM Yacht Interiors reached a scalable industrial structure that brings design and production together under one roof.
Global Vision and Digital Production Strength
As of 2026, MSM Yacht Interiors has reached a strong position with its integrated production infrastructure in Yalova Altınova, offering 8,500 m² of covered area and 6,000 m² of outdoor space for high-precision yacht interior production in new build and refit projects.
With a skilled team of over 100 technical and administrative professionals, the company manages design, detailing, production, and implementation processes in-house. CNC production, 3D scanning, dust-free production, polishing, upholstery, marble & Corian, and metalworking capabilities are integrated under one roof.
Through its proprietary AI-supported project tracking and production management system, ALFA, MSM Yacht Interiors continues to strengthen its digital transformation with the vision of becoming an international reference brand in high value-added yacht interior projects.
