Burcu Fıçıcı graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Public Finance. She began her career in 2005 at a certified public accountant’s office, where she developed and strengthened her expertise in accounting.

With the goal of advancing her career and expanding her professional objectives in the field of accounting, she joined MSM Yachting as of August 2025.

Burcu Fıçıcı is the mother of one child.
